some pokemon heights are stupid, but the majority are passable if you know what they're actually measuring (length for serpents, wingspan for birds, etc.)

the weights though make absolutely ZERO sense whatsoever, especially for any pokemon larger than a person

being rock and steel types makes onix and steelix hundreds of thousands of times lighter than they would be if made of actual rock and steel?

If you check carefully, the guy resized Pokemon including their pose. Arbok measures over 3m and in the picture it's smaller than the trainer (1.5m), however if you take into account the rest of the body it's pretty much okay. Same goes for Onix and Steelix.
