So at E3 they announced that you'll be able to choose the language of your game when you begin a new game correct? What will that mean for the Masuda Method?

The 3ds itself is still region locked right? Maybe the game'll just take the info of which country out of the console instead of the game.

Could be, but it'd make it a lot more difficult to know if the 'mon you have was actually from a foreign country or not
