Abomasnow is going to hurt you more in the end with hail and probably none of your Pokemon being ice types. Since you can't just abuse Blizzard on everything, I'd go with the latter.

good point thanks
i was leaning toward the latter but i've never used abomasnow or drapion either (like to use a new team with each run) and realized they had the same type
