"Krookodile! Earthquake now!" From behind the figures, the dark type crocodile slammed his tail into the desert ground, causing a rumble and breaking of rock to throw the two off.
She turned to Lewis and grabbed him around his hips. "Hold on!" Without having to say a word, Salamence appeared from it's ultraball and scooped up the two. "If you're going to help, do it now!" she yelled at Lewis once they were up in the air enough to avoid the earthquake.

I have done research, and it seems that shadow pokemon can be purified by means of battling with them.

The Porygon-Z had been unable to burst through the station's defenses so far, and had expended so much energy in its last attack that it needed a moment to regain its bearings. It couldn't avoid the incoming Shock Wave, but it recovered in time to dodge everything else. If its next shot was a failure, it would likely have to retreat and the team would need to seek alternate methods of station disarmament... or destruction.

Wash chuckled to himself. The cameras in the Under's elevator area showed the confusion, shock, and horror upon Harkin's face. When he won 2 shadow Pokemon, one went to the PC. That one was the last in his group, who had occupied that spot since she evolved. They interrupted the PC transmission and got it them selves.

An old Rocket trick he learned. Executed perfectly by himself with technological aid from Cipher.

While Harkin was explaining his wrong theory about Shadow Pokemon; Wash had exited the Underground and went to the Cipher Key Lab up in Eclo Canyon. He turned the Gardevoir over and had it's heart closed. Pity for such a pure and elegant creature; but if one thing was going to break Harkin, it was his first Pokemon getting turned into a fighting machine.

The scientist that turned the Gardevoir over had a horrid look on his face, as if he witnessed the heart closing; and it scarred him for life.

Wash didn't care. Now he can be anywhere. Anytime. And he chose Realgem Tower. But first, it was time to taunt.

Wash released his new Shadow Gardevoir. Instead of the green hair and elegant white dress; it had purple hair and a ragged look; like it was a perfect fighting machine.

The core... with no map it would be hard finding the core chamber but being the lowest and largest part of the station it had to be nearby somewhere.... of course there was one other problem, should they locate the ship and see if they could get out, or find the core and then hope to get out.

Mike and his team would have to make their way back to Zegen and the special ops squad first. In any case, it was Mike's opinion that it would be better for them to get back to their ship first, then try to destroy the station. That way they knew exactly which way to go to escape.

Getting through the connecting tunnels was a little harder, apparently with the central computer out or disabled the station was running on reserve power... at least the upper levels were, getting through the red lit hallways took them past another group of the last remaining patrol of the upper levels...

Down in the command chamber the group quickly were able to take stock of their situation, from where they were there was a straight path to the ship through the hanger... but if there was an ambush it would be there that they would face it... the core however would require going deeper into the lower levels, the more cramped confines would prove risky... Of course doing anything without their final member would prove hard...

Elsewhere in the ship though, something lurked... and began tom make it's move.

They'd stayed behind a little to make sure Hal, Mike's Porygon-Z, was able to shut down the comm systems aboard the station. Now that he'd finished, Mike had recalled the Pokemon. ...And then the trainer realized it'd be smarter to give it a Full Restore before doing that. It was a little late to do that preemptively, but calling Hal out to do this wouldn't take long at all. Of course, who knew what else might be out there watching their every move? As he came up upon the main hallway leading back down to the lower levels he ran into trouble yet again... as he watched another one of those large purple bug pokemon seemed to grin down from him as he walked past the door to the outer hall... the thing firing a blast of energy towards his team as it slowly advanced... it's form too bulky to easily move through for the passage they were heading for the thing intended to keep them from even reaching it in the first place.
