The FR and LG in that picture are both blatant fakes. Official copies of those games don't have internal batteries, yet you can clearly see that those ones do. I wouldn't be surprised if they just recycled a PCB from a fake RSE cart. Not sure about the others, but judging by the lack of shininess on the labels they probably are too.
