- Scald
- Icy Wind
- Yawn/Substitute
- Clear Smog/Toxic

Each of your Kingdra's moves negates it's other moves.
You can't Burn, Sleep, and Poison something so many of your moves are redundant.

Even without Rain support, the is a hugely defense capable water type. And you can bet someone else will put up Rain for you if you dont have it on your team.

I'm not going to have Yawn and Toxic together obviously. If I go with Substitute, then I go with Toxic and vice versa.

Though, would a third offensive move such as Dragon Pulse/Draco Meteor be viable? Come to think of it, Icy Wind's Speed drop would be negated by Clear Smog, right?

Dragon Pulse/Draco Meteor are nice for hitting everything that's not Steel for at least neutral damage. Of the two I'd probably go for Dragon Pulse. But then I don't tend to switch as often..
