Tldr: balance discussion
Type retcons, new advantages or disadvantages, etc.

So we've all heard
>charizard should be part dragon!
>blastoise should be part steel!
So it got me thinking about game balance in general. Acid corrodes steel, so poison should be se against steel. So bulbasaur still has an advantage over squirtle. To balance steel's new weakness, fighting should be nve against steel, because "have you ever punched a steel plate?" I'm not to sure about keeping charmander at a disadvantage to squirtle. Fire/dragon is pretty strong. Any thoughts?
