1. Well visualy designed character. Love his animations.
2. Great, very unique team that fits him.
3. Very interesting character, It's the first time player can decide if he is evil or not. (I think he is not. He made a ship that works on ecological energy and actualy wanted to help pokemon to unleash the thrue powers.

I found B2&W2's team plasma to be overall a disappointment in comparison to the plasma of b&w and I feel as if he was an overall part of that, however the character himself was better than most team sub bosses.
Tl; dr good character not so great team

Colress needed more screentime in B2/W2.
That being said I think he was a very interesting character and at first I legitametly thought he might be a good guy.

But what I really want to know is how he gets his hair like that

He was very interesting but I feel like he was hurt by just BW2's overall subpar story.
He was ambiguously evil because he really just wanted to get the most out of Pokemon, and he changed his ways when he saw that the MC's methods of caring made their Pokemon do the best.
If he returns in Gen 6 I wouldn't be against it, because I feel like more could be done with his character though at most we'll probably just get a cameo, if anything
Also he has top tier music.

His hair is caught in his head's gravitational pull but because it's still attached to his head it remains constantly in place.
