If they had kept Dive in DP, you could've used it to access the Lake caves (recall that Team Plasma had to drain one of them to get Azelf because the cave was underwater) and I honestly believe that they should put Feebas as a rare pokemon in underwater grass instead of the one-tile bullshit they did for 3 and 4.
