I seriously would like to know why the majority of the people in showdown get butthurt when you use a setup strategy.

I'm going up against this guy who has like three choice users left and my last mon is Clefable. Since his Scizor is stuck on Bullet Punch (or didn't have superpower at least it seemed like it) I naturally had the ability to setup Clefable using Cosmic Power for a Stored Power sweep.

When I win the guy just gets butthurt over the way I won. There were no crit bullshits or lucky 60% accuracy moves hit in the whole battle and I made a ton of mistakes up until that point. How can you seriously get butthurt over someone using a strategy like that on you? Especially when you're dumb enough to not have a contingency against it.
