>>12787421Well, nothing in terms of hard mechanics. But I do have a rough idea for 87 new pokemon, pokedex descriptions for 72 of them, rough idea for each city, and gym leader progression.
The region as a whole is called Touzai, but it's actually split into two subregions: Azuma (east, more populous and industrialized) and Nishi (west, more open and rural), with Kita (north) to be added on later (very wild and cold).
Each of the two main regions has its own separate gym system of 6 gyms each, but both share the same Pokemon League and Elite 3. Also for the first time since Gen 2, Gym leader progression isn't random; in this case, each gym leader in each region has some kind of weakness to the gym leader that follows it, with the last gym leader of each region being weak to the first of the Elite 3.
Let's see...
Azuma:
1. Normal
2. Fighting
3. Flying
4. Electric
5. Ground
6. Water
Nishi:
1. Ghost
2. Dark
3. Bug
4. Rock
5. Grass
6. Fire
Elite 3:
1. Dragon
2. Ice
3. Steel
A big thing for Touzai was to populate it with pokemon of type combinations that haven't really been seen yet. For example, the Mewtwo-equivalent is an Electric/Poison. The "version mascot" legendaries are Silangan for East (Fire/Grass) and Kanluran for West (Water/Dark). There's also Rock/Ghost, Flying/Fighting, Fire/Poison...
It's just a hobby, nothing serious
