Actually, it can take some weak hits thanks to its huge HP, but that HP is mostly for absorbing Flare Blitz recoil.

That's more than enough to survive 2-4 Flare Blitz depending on your oponnents.

95 could have been better, but it's high enough than a Choice Scarf id viable on him. He may not be OU material but he is great on PWT
