What was that website where you could choose a Pokemon and enter it's information and stuff like that, and then you select Mystery Gift or something and you receive that Pokemon? Specifically for Gen 4

And I'm sure these Pokemon don't count as legitimate, but if you were to breed with one of them, would the offspring count as legit?
