Here is my badly made guess.

Some things to note

>The region is shaped like a star
>Most routes are connected to the central city, making it a HUB
>The central city will likely be your starting point of the journey to any gym, literally acting as a HUB central to your journey
>It has 5 exists, just like a star
>Few Route-Route connections, probably shortcuts for later, I think the first trip to them will be from the central city

Certainly different than usual if so, not as confusing and clusterfucky as Sinnoh, but not as linear and tubular as BW1 Unova.
