If you need a Pokemon to switch into Outrage, you have Jirachi. Mamoswine is far and away the better dragon slayer, as it actually OHKOs Garchomp (Cloyster does not with Ice Shard, and if you use Icicle Spear you'll get KOd after rocks).
Also trust me here, you need Starmie. Cloyster is barely a water resist (OHKOd by Scarf Keldeo's Hydro Pump in rain) and does not resist fire. So Heatran, Keldeo and Politoed absolutely tear through your team without it, as you literally have no safe switch-ins to any of them. Sure Spikes are nice, but they are not necessary to your team and you do not have the stall core to support them; a reliable spinner with recovery and SR neutrality is far more valuable for Dragonite.
That said, Parashuffle Dragonite is an extremely poor choice for this team. It can be effective, but it needs full team support which you do not have; that means a good spiker (Cloyster is not), a reliable spinner, Rain/Sun support, an actual defensive core, and a way to beat or block Tentacruel (Gengar does not). People far too often use it just because it seems cool, and I fear this may be one of those times. Parashuffle Dragonite is a pokemon for full stall, and your team (even without my suggested changes) is fairly offensive. A bulky Dragonite might be good for your team though, so you may want to use defensive DD Roost to make full use of Multiscale.
With Starmie as a status absorber and water resist, you can switch Breloom to a Technician set (Swords Dance or Low Sweep, it's your choice), which will work far better against Terrakion and other boosting sweepers.
Seriously, you have a pretty good start to a team, but the changes I have suggested turn your team from 4.5/10 solid to at least 8 if not 9/10 solid.
