Reshiram and Zekrom are recent pokémon, but they also have awesome dragon cries in the anime.
Machine-like pokes tend to get cool cries too, like the Regis and Magnemite line.
Unfortunately, a fucking ton of mons just sound like people trying too hard to sound like pokémon. Which is a shame because most game cries are awesome.
(I only know recent anime voices in japanese, though, so not sure what they are like in the US dub)
