i just mean that magmar and electivire stand for how overdesigned things were in gen 3-5
and mostly for nostalgia, and i still play occasionally on showdown or a spinoff or something
i just cant immerse myself in a full game with these designs
and gen 6 has been doing ok imo so far... i may give it a chance

Gen 3 barely had any overdesign, and gen 4 and 5 may have more but there were plently of good looking Pokemon also. So please spare me.
