Miror B., do not join Ardos. Eldes arrives and talks to Ardos for a while, and Ardos declares that Cipher has returned, and that he is the new Grand Master. He then battles the player.
The player defeats Ardos, and the remnants of Cipher surrender, giving up on taking over Orre. Miror B. thanks Ardos for weakening the player, and challenges them. Miror B. escapes and Eldes takes Ardos to the massive prison where the former Cipher members are held. Ardos and Eldes talk to the player for a while, and then Eldes leaves.
Now that the player has defeated all of the Colosseum Bosses, they head to the League, which is located at Mt. Battle, though the League is separate from the Mt. Battle 100-trainer challenge. Instead of an Elite Four, the player must defeat the first nine Area Leaders in order to challenge the Champion. The Area Leaders are all trainers who were not especially important, but were noteworthy characters in Colosseum or Gale of Darkness. They are, in order, Vander, Willie, Justy, Cail, Chobin, Zook, Skrub, Agnol, and Eagun.
After defeating the nine Area Leaders Mt. Battle starts shaking and the player is separated from the other platforms. The player finds Miror B. at the top of Mt. Battle with Folly and Trudly. Miror B. says that even though the player ruined his plans he saved one last dance for his take-over of Mt. Battle, and that with Ardos arrested, he is the only remaining Cipher member, making him Cipher’s Grand Master and the Champion.
Miror B. escapes after his defeat, and the real Champion, Eldes, arrives. Eldes and the player then battle. Upon winning, you become the new Champion.
