Yveltal is Y and looks like an Eagle. The giant eagle at the top of the World Tree Yggdrasil (The Y axis)

Xerneas is X and is a Deer. The four stags that bound about Midgard (the X axis)

The only animal that can look like a Z and not be retarded would be serpentine. Nidhoggr, the serpent at the root of Yggdrasil that gnaws on it, stretched out (the Z axis)

The mewclone will be Ratskotr, the squirrel that relays messages between the eagle and the serpent.
