Whats the best pokemon to do the speedrun? Will Totodile be enough or should i trade one pokemon from other version?

Not sure if i should go with cyndaquil or totodile
Cyndaquil would ave a harder tie against dragons, but it is faster and learns good fire attacks early in the game

I'll probably just trade a level 100 arceus when i beat clair so i can just reach ash as fast as possible
