They probably wouldn't do Titanis or Megalodon so shortly after last generation, so I'd like to see a Paraceratherium or a Dunkleosteus. If we're getting basic, maybe a good ol' Tyrannosaurus Rex or an Apatosaurus.

Nah, Garchomp is a fast phys sweeper.
Megalodon would be a bulky physical sweeper.

I figure a slow ass Water-Dark typing with 145 base HP and 140 Attack along with Slow Start to balance it out would do better.
