I've only had HJK miss on me once since the power and drawback buff. Aside from lolaccuracydrops and double team at least.

Seems like that move never misses on neutral ground.

OHKOs are useless against any higher level enemy and have shit accuracy when when you're on the same level.

The only time you can reliably use it is when you could knock the opponent out with any decently offensive move.
