Even in the dream world, even in his OWN FREAKING MINIGAME, he has to try to dodge sneaky pebbles.

I really don't get why Smogon has not a Sneaky Pebbles clause.

For an attack to be so central to the metagame that it requires a dedicated counter in every team, it should be considered over-centralised and banned. I don't know why Smogon didn't get rid of it in gen IV.

very few teams actually carry rapid spin, and the top ranked team on showdown for a while was a sun team with a volcarona and no spinner
