I've obtained this information recently from an inside source within TPCI, specifically the English branch: - Starters evolve at Level 18. Chespin resembles a break-dancer, with his hat resembling dreadlocks, Fennekin's got black ink markings over its body, with its tail becoming a brush, and Froakie becomes more stream-lined and its hands become "webbed", resembling fans. Other two stay pure-Grass and pure-Fire at this point, but Froakie is Water/Fighting. - Fairy Type Offensive Match-Ups: Advantage: Dragon and Fighting. Disadvantage: Steel, Ghost, Psychic, Poison, Bug. - Fairy Type Defensive Match-Ups: Advantage: Dragon, Grass, Fire, Water, Electric. Disadvantage: Ghost, Psychic, Poison, Bug. Immune: Dark. - There are a large amount of old Pokemon re-typed to Fairy Type: Cleffa, Clefairy, Clefable, Igglybuff, Jigglypuff, Wigglytuff, Mime Jr., Mr. Mime, Happiny, Chansey, Blissey Munchlax, Snorlax, Togepi, Togetic, and Togekiss (Normal replaced by Fairy for this line, only Pokemon to do so), Marril, Azumarill (Azurill stays Normal), Misdreavus, Mismagius, Dunsparce, Snubull, Granbull, Gardevoir (Ralts and Kirlia stay pure-Psychic, Gallade still Psychic/Fighting), Whismur, Loudred, Exploud, Skitty, Delcatty, Mawile, Plusle and Minun, Gulpin, Swalot, Milotic, Chingling, Chimecho, Luvdisc, Buneary, Lopunny, Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Munna, Musharna, Audino, Vanillite, Vanillish, and Vanilluxe.

- There are two new "location" Battles introduced: Sky and Sea Battles. Sky Battles involve the use of Flying and Levitating Pokemon, ones who can "fly" but don't fit into that group, such as Golurk and Beedrill, are not allowed. There's a feature known as "altitude", where you can move your Pokemon up and down during each turn which affects speed, accuracy, power, and defense. Sea Battles have yet to be revealed, but take place when meeting Trainers who hang out on small bodies of land/rafts encountered in bodies of water. Only Water Pokemon can compete. Instead of "altitude", there's "depth", which works mostly the same way. Some moves have special effects when used in these battles. - Horde Battles are exclusive to Wild Battles. Horde Pokemon are weaker than usual, and don't have powerful moves, but can overwhelm you with numbers. Hordes randomly attack, but they appear more often the longer you've stayed in the same "area". You can only catch the last Pokemon standing and some Pokemon will only appear in Horde Battles alongside other, more common Pokemon, making them difficult captures. - New Roundabout Battles are exclusive to Trainer Battles. Roundabout Battles occur during set story locations as well as when encountering multiple Trainers at once, who, instead of teaming up against you, will challenge each other as well as you. Up to Four Trainers can battle each other in a free-for-all, each using a single Pokemon at once. Fastest Pokemon moves first, the next fastest second, etc. Attacks weaken if they are used on a Pokemon who has already taken a hit; moves that are "multi-hit" in Double and Triple will only effect the Pokemon you aim at.

- Pokemon-Amie allows you to use Play Coins to purchase new "toys" to play with Pokemon, and has a useful feature: Nature Change. Overtime by playing with your Pokemon, it's possible to change their Nature, with different toys having different possible Natures they may result in. Game doesn't tell you exactly what combinations you need to reach a certain Nature, instead player must experiment. You can also record yourself saying a Pokemon's nickname...it's possible to say that name into the Mic, and they'll recognize it. - HMs are gone, instead "Riding Pokemon" are met throughout the game which you can call in certain locations using flutes. There are five of them, each "replacing" a HM...Rhyhorn serves as Rock Smash, Lapras is Surf, Driftblim is Fly, Gogoat appears as a "tour-bus" in Lumiose but later it can be used as Rock Climb, and Jellicent is Dive. - Besides Sylveon, there are no New Evolutions or Baby Pokemon this time around. Every Pokemon is new. There are 123 Pokemon set to be included at release, future DLC Pokemon are unknown. Yet to hear if backwards compatibility will become a reality, but may be able to include it post-release via a 3DS application if they are unable to include it by release. Plenty of Old Pokemon are catchable in-game.

The type matchups don't match the pokebeach leaks. I have no reason to believe any of this while the pokebeach leaks have consistantly been confirmed again and again.
