Could a level 1 Shieldon (presumably one with 0 Def, Sp Def & Spd IVs) with Metal Burst and a Shell Bell sweep a team?

Actually, Provided the attack isn't Multi-hit or Shieldon isn't targeted by more than one Pokemon, Shieldon could very easy survive and start assaulting a Team with ease.

OP here. Metal Burst deals 1.5x the damage taken, hence the 0 IVs.

That means the most damage an attack can do to Sturdy Shieldon is 21
1.5*21=31.5
Plus you'll only get, what, 4 hp back from Shell Bell?

I always carry multi-hit or priority moves with me so I always fuck them up.
