Still useful in doubles for drawing electric attacks without taking damage from them.
And Rhyperior doesnt really want a SpAtk boost anyway.

Hasn't really happened yet but:

>implements a cool, if confusing feature
>lets us get Pokemon with better abilities
>provides a huge breath of fresh air to competitive play
>doesn't include it in the next generation of games (which was expected)
>removes the servers that allow people to use it with any games

I seriously hope there'll be a way to get Pokemon with hidden abilities in X/Y. And better than Hidden Grottos. Sure they were cool, but I hardly ever found Pokemon in there. It took a week of solid searching just to get a fucking Dunsparce.

That's the point. It prevents other Pokemon from getting hit and gives Rhyperior an SpAtk boost. Who doesn't like free boosts?
