Yep, same ordee they appear in the pokemon's summary

Imagine a Sharpedo evolution with that sort of destructive power. We're lucky it has no boosting moves except agility

I don't see it happening, SD is an extremely common move. Sharpedo's clearly no meant to have it

Extreme frailty and no attack boosting moves in exchange for speed boost seems fair

Good luck setting it up. The spatk boost is negligible anyway. You'd only use it for icebeam and it already kills what its meant to kill
