>>12882063>lots of different environentsFuck no. That was Gen 3 before the 7th Gym. With the falling ash, the desert, the bright as fuck/ice/magma caves, the power plant, the overgrowth, the beaches, and the usual grasses.
Gen 4 was basically all one cave, grass, fog, two incredibly tedious areas, and more of that same cave. There wasn't even a power plant place until Platinum. And everything else was just the same boring grass with a bit of scenic snow.
