I could see a Honchkrow evo happening. Not necessarily Fairy-type, but yeah Honchkrow NEEDS an evo because of its kinda bland design and meh stats.

Eh it doesn't looks like a Pokemon. It doesn't looks like a Digimon either, but i can't see it as a "Pokemon". Honchkrow would be a pretty neat character in some kind of bird cartoon, but not in Pokemon. But that's just my opinion.
