Guys, whatever happened to the old days of speculation when Blazeline, Waterstripe, and Grassbar were the starters of Gen VI?

Seriously, it looks like someone took my mom's line and put it in the game.

Older pokemon actually had personalities to them. They had quirks that separated them from actual geometric figures. This thing? It's. Just. A. LINE.
