Pokemon concept tier list:

Perfection Tier, the definitive type of Pokemon
>Pokemon based off mammals (Typhlosion, Eeveelutions, Zangoose, Lucario etc.)

Good Tier
>Dragon Pokemon (Dragonite, etc.)

OK Tier
>Plant Pokemon
>Bird Pokemon
>Any Pokemon based off any other type of natural animal

Bad Tier
>Pokemon based too much on mythology or cultural myths (Sigilyph, Froslass, Spiritomb, etc.)
>Pokemon that wouldn't fall under Animal or Plant (most Rock and Steel types, etc.)
>Fairy Pokemon (Aside from Sylveon)
>Anything not mentioned anywhere else

Shouldn't be considered a Pokemon Tier
>Anything based off human created items or food items (Vanilluxe, Honedge, Golurk, Rotom etc.)
>Human-like Pokemon (Conkeldurr, Sawk, etc.)
