>>12905151If you're putting this on a scale of digimon-esque-ness, then I can understand low ranking of Frontier. I liked the relationships between all the characters though. They just seemed to work so well together, despite how rocky they started. As a young boy, I imagined many times being on an adventure like that. I thought it was so cool that they BECAME the digimon. I didn't want to be a human sitting on the sidelines, I thought basically that this was Power Rangers on 'roids, but a trillion times less lame.
I did love that show. It would have been so much better if people had just given it a chance so that the writers wouldn't have been pressured into ending it as soon as possible. It had so much promise, but everyone was biased against it, so they had to end it quickly. The ending always shitted on itself, and that was such a huge letdown for me.
If it had just been taken out to completion, it would have been so good.
