How does it feel to know that Pokemon X and Y exists?
How does it feel to know that this game will come out and we all get to play it.

I'm currently in the process of re-creating my original Blue team in Fire Red in hopes of transferring them to glorious 3D X/Y. It feels like everythings finally coming full circle. I've never been more excited for a Pokemon game.

I don't think it'll blow my mind as much as Stadium did, but it's a good followup to BW. No more static sprites since HGSS, thank fuck.

I was thinking, even generations are the most fillers, like Gen II introduced the babies and Gen IV introduced many evos to prior mons.
I really hope this gen will come with many more needed evos, maybe >>12902182 and Skarmory.

Wait, if the recomendations will be good, does this mean the AI will improve too?

I'm sick of not being finished off by some tough guy because they decide to use a weaker move instead of using the strong move that knocked down over 3/4 of my HP in one go. I want a challenge.

They improved AI dramatically in Gen V so I imagine they'll continue on that course. They already distinguish weaknesses, PP usage, move setups, etc. I believe these are only with trainers, but I imagine that's because they assume Wild pokemon shouldn't much of a hassle for you. If they try and finish you off with a weaker move, it's probably out of PP or something. We'll have to see.

The worst offender is the first rival battle. You're both down in red hp, he's faster and he decieds to use leer. That pisses me off.

Wild pokemon had move setup AI as well, or at least they know to lead with a status. I remember trying to catch a Petilil on my first Black 2 Challenge mode run, and they all used sleep powder, and then spammed growth, before attacking.

How much customization are we talking, and, again, how much will be available from the start?
Will we still have day/night/seasons?
Will we be able to progress through text boxes simply by touching anywhere on the touchscreen?
Though, all things considered,I am thoroughly hyped for X&Y, and hate that I have to wait another 3 months...
