I think it's just a placeholder, the forums/website only recovered half an hour ago, they're trying to fix the bugs and put the functions back and all right now. Design is not a priority.

Damn people, I don't get why you hate Smogon. It's not like you have to play on fucking OU, you know? That's why there are different tiers, so you can use your stupid ass Charizard without it getting wrecked. There are like 6 or 7 tiers, so try and find whichever suits you best.

Hell, Volcarona almost became a suspect at some point, despite being x4 weak and having the same base speed.
Charizard is inherently a terrible Pokémon, no matter what.
