I need some advice, /vp/.

I caught a Latios today, and I've been soft-resetting for a decent one. Take a look at it's Special Attack stat -- it's not perfect, obviously, but it's decent. Perfect speed was what I was originally aiming for, but will the reduced Special Attack prevent me from getting certain important KO's?
