Post opinions that most of /vp/ disagree

In my case I really hate any attempt of plot in a pokemon game. For me the perfect game would be "catch pokemon, beat the gyms and the E4 by making your pokemon stronger, some kind of battle frontier, end". No stop the evil team or catch the legendary, just beat trainers until you are the champion.
