The only good changes were Espio's, Blaze's and Silver's.
Knuckles, Vector, the bee girl I can't remember the name of (Charmy?), and Tails sound relatively the same
The new VAs for Sonic, Shadow, Amy, Rouge, and Omega were a huge letdown, which makes the overall change bad because those are relatively main characters for the franchise.
