Skeldon, the Marowak evo, has some fossils for armor, those pokemon fossils from Pearl/Diamond I can't remember the name of. Even if Skeldon is pointless, it's a neat idea.
Natural Mewtwo, not the best execution and I could do without it being canon, but it's kind of interesting.
Fardrake, I'm sure there's an argument against Farfetchd having an evo but I like it. With the leek as a cane, it looks cool.
