The only physical Ice move Kyurem learns is Freeze Shock (which requires a turn to charge so it's not very good competitively). A STAB-boosted Ice move coming off a 170 base Attack stat would be monstrous.

This. It was a stupid idea to allow it in OU. However, it'd still use some moves. Mainly, not having its signature moves needing to charge would be it.

But Icicle Crash really sucks. Against many foes, even Kyurem-B is better off with Ice Beam. I think Superpower or Earthquake would be more useful.

seriously i've swept entire Uber teams with him, only thing that can slow him down is steel types and usually it's a 2HKO for them so it's nothing TOO bad

Try actually using it in OU. It's not as powerful as its stats make it out to be.

That's because people use crap like Substitute sets. It needs to be CB or it sucks. Scarfed is outclassed by Salamence, or even Garchomp. Sub sets by Dragonite. DD sets......lol it has no DD. CB is the only option.
