>>12925521Yeeeees it does. You have to call support, they ask you what you did to lock your system, you tell them and they ask for your 3DS's serial found on the back of the console. They give you an 8 digit code that you enter the next time you turn on the system. Afterwards it does a forced update that unlocks the system but blocks the wifi function for all pokemon games.
So basically they'll unlock it but ban your system from the GTS on any pokemon game.
