Well of course it will not match up, every pokemons trash bytes are "personal" if you can call it that. That's why you edit it into a gen 4 pkm file with no trash bytes, then run it through a special exe file that gives it said trash bytes, then run it through a legality checker to see if it looks like an actual pokemon. As far as I know of, you can download those 2 tools in a bundle at project pokemon.
