It's possible. There are a few stereotypically "cute" mons that are competitively viable, like Blissey, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Espeon, Keldeo, etc.

You just have to do your research

I have never made a whole team of cute pokes, but there are a few pokes I respect that could be considered cute. I'm not sure using them together would be a good idea. I have ssen people take on the E4 with just base forms, but that was ages ago. Second gen, maybe. If the Fairy type ends up this way, I will make up my own monotype for it, as I have done with all of the other types.

Easiest way would be to play LC then you have tons of options.

Also cuteness is kind of a personal taste thing :/

Anywho:
- Belly Drum Furret is pretty cool
- Clefable is a great tank if you dont feel like working with blissey
- Togekiss is a classic as well
- Dragonite
- Mew
- Jumpluff
- Gorebyss I guess if you find it cute :/
- Ninetails (more pretty but meh)
- Celebi
- Jirachi
- Politoed, even though he is now the spawn of satan.
- Keldeo
- Pretty much all the eevees
- Lanturn
- Cinccino
- Miltank
and many many more, all depends on what you want to do exactly and what you personally fine cute.
