>>12922700I'm not here on an ego trip. As a kid I was mad beta, pokemon helped me through my childhood. I was very smart, in the gifted programs at my school, and I was for that reason made fun of. Into highschool, my intelligence began to help me. Excelling at academics allowed me to focus on my social skills. I continue to play Pokemon to this day, mostly singles competitive. I still very much appreciate what Pokemon had done for me, and I do for the most part enjoy the community.
