1 -- We don't know if Stealth Rock will be nerfed in Gen VI.

2 -- There is no Flying/Fire Pokémon. There are only 3 Fire/Flying Pokémon prior to Talonflame, which is far fewer than many other type combinations (like Bug/Flying, or Water/Ground, or Grass/Poison)

3 -- Moxie was given to Salamence at the same time Multiscale was given to Dragonite. Seems like a fair balance to me.

thank you >>12926310 for saying what i was just about to say. Salamence is thin as paper and dumb as shit with a choice item(which is it's "preferred" set) so It isn't nearly as good as multiscale dragonite.
Plus, Multiscale was only given to the big yellow dragon because of lelIceBeam
