Politoed and Ninetales' weather abilities should be nerfed so that they are only active while the pokemon is in play. Still useful in the lower tiers and in doubles, but not broken. But that would be a good move, and we can't have that. What'll happen is that Lame Freak will greatly increase the distribution of Drizzle and Drought, until they're the natural ability of every non-outstanding water and fire type. Drizzle Lumineon, Drought Heatmor, every tier is nothing but pointless weather wars. Have fun.
