As of now I'd say probably not. However the metagame essentially revolves around entry hazards so I would not be surprised to see changes.

Hopefully.

They should change it so that there needs to be 3 layers to be it's maximum effect and it only takes 40% health off of Pokmon that are Quad Weakness to Rock.

Then change Spikes to 1 layer but only takes like 12% of your life off.

My biggest pain with it is that both the one move that gets rid of them and the one ability that reflects them have shitty distribution. That, and the fact that being blocked by ghosts causes Rapid Spin to not clear the field. Seriously, sure, you didn't hit the opponent, but is that really the point to that move? That 20 power be real scary man. I'd rather see it be a status category move, no damage, just effect.

This is about entry hazards in general: there is only one way of removing them, and that is with a shitty move with a shitty distribution.
Solution? Add another entry-hazard cleaning move with better distribution/give Rapid spin better distribution (TM maybe?) giving stealth rocks a TM but not rapid spin was a bad decision.
