What do you think the Fairy equivalent of TwistedSpoon will be called? Fairy Dust?

What do you think the Fairy plate with be called? Angel Plate?

What do you think the Fairy Occa Berry equivalent will be called?

Besides Fairy Wind and Moon Blast, what Fairy moves do you think there will be? Dragonbane?

If fairys are immune to dragon, and they resist each other, fairy/dragon would be the most powerful type in the game, with ice being its only weakness.

If it has good base stats, then we're looking at the new dragon of OU.

There's a chance that Fairy maybe weak to or super effective against Ghost, Psychic, and Dark. I just have a feeling that they will bane/weakness to one or more of those types.

I can't answer any of those questions, but there is not gonna be a fairy energy card, I can tell you that much. They'll just all be normal types.

This is what you sound like. Dark and Steel got their own type in the TCG when they were introduced, there's no reason to believe the same won't happen with Fairy.
