Change a shit ton of evolution methods. Espeon and Umbreon now evolve by Dawn Stone and Dusk Stone OR Sun Stone and Moon Stone. Create an Ice Stone and let Leafeon and Glaceon evolve via Leaf and Ice. You don't need to hold Incense to get certain baby Pokemon.

Also, do something about Luvdisc for the love of god.

Espeon and Umbreon have a sort of an unique way of evolving between them two. Arguably the same goes to Glaceon and Leafeon, but GameFreak, what were you thinking making Eevee and all of it's evolutions part of the regional dex and don't allow to evolve to those two.

I still say it: even though it's a pretty good Pokemon, I would swap Hydreigon's base Speed with its base Attack. Same goes for Moltres Speed and Attack and I'd take five points from Rayquaza's HP and add it to its speed as well.

Realistically, I'd actually raise Yanmega's speed by 5 points. People say it's stupid because of Speed Boost but, hey, Ninjask has the same ability and its Speed is MUCH higher.
