Has it come to anyone else's attention that Phione is an aborted Manaphy fetus? I mean you literally have to BREED Manaphy to get one. Phione are cute, but geez, why is it not just another forme for Manaphy?

The part I'm confused about is why they made a legend breedable just so this could happen. Anyone with brains would know why legends can't be bred, but this is like a spit in the face. You want to breed legends? Too bad, have a retard baby instead.
