I hope we'll see a Porygon3. Porygon-Z is a bootleg glitched version of Porygon3. Porygon3 would probably have actual defenses. If you look at the sats of Porygons Z, 2, and 1, you'll notice that 2's defense goes DOWN for Z. Z is basically all attack.

I don't think I'd enjoy a bulky Porygon3 with lower attack than Z.

I think it should improve on every stat Porygon-Z has, even if the attack stats only increase a little.

It should be the 'ultimate upgrade' to the Porygon line.

Porygon2 is based off of a dipping bird (see his idle animations in 3D games like Colosseum)
Porygon-Z is a warped body of Porygon2. There was actually an image showing this.

I think the special attack stat will increase some (maybe 5-10 points), but most of the increase will be in its defense. The difficult thing is that Porygon2 already has a decent BST (515), so there's not much you can increase without making it broken.

With the ridiculous power some Gen V Pokemon have, I don't think a Normal type special sweeper would break the game.

Most Pokemon aren't even viable competitively unless they have like 140 base Attack/Special Attack/Speed.

Would it be broken if they gave Porygon3 the speed and attack stats of Z, combined with the defenses of 2?

It'd add 40 to to Porygon-Z's BST. So Porygon3 would have a BST of 575. I THINK it could work. In context, most of the normal legendary trios that aren't cover legendaries (the birds, beasts, regis, muskateers, etc) have a BST of 580. Pixie legendaries and pseudo-legendaries have a total of 600.
